Who We Are

We are the children of the dawn. We smell of freshly picked berries and we float, lighter than air.

We are the children of tomorrow. We glow with the colors of the rainbow and we are calm like pale blue skies after a storm.

We are the engineers of today. We smell of machine oil and sealing wax and we wear grimy overalls.

We are the librarians. We hold close to our hearts books old and new, preserving the knowledge of generations, handing the baton to our children when we pass on.

We are the teachers. We share knowledge with our children, teaching them to live, love and learn and to be curious about everything around them.

We are the students. We drink in the words of our teachers and run into the world, free, joyful and eager. We will be engineers, doctors, librarians, teachers, scientists, fathers and mothers, writers and thinkers someday, but for now, we'd rather hack.

We are people. We are real. We are uber-cool.

We are the hopefuls.
